Have you felt welcome during your time at San Anselmo? Grant: Absolutely, everyone has been so nice and friendly that I immediately felt welcomed. From the moment I joined the class, we laughed, talked, and connected, and it honestly felt like being back at my school at home. The students and teachers made it easy to feel included. Grayson: Yes. What made you choose San Anselmo among all the options and opportunities you had? Grant: I wanted to experience something new, exciting, and meaningful. Ever since I hosted Diego Vicente (IIIºD), I’ve been interested in exploring Chile. He always spoke about how beautiful the country is and how welcoming the people are. Choosing San Anselmo gave me the opportunity to experience a different culture firsthand, learn about your customs, and discover both the differences and similarities between our lives. It’s been one of the best choices I’ve made. Grayson: I have a friend that went to school here. How was your experience in Trabajos y Misiones? Grant: Trabajos was one of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had. Being part of something like that was something totally new for me. I’ve never had the chance to do anything like this back home, and I’m so glad I got to be involved. I met a lot of amazing people, made new friends, and felt like I was part of something bigger. I’m truly glad I did it. Grayson: A lot of fun and it was something we don`t have the opportunity to do at home.
